BHW kicked off its inaugural event, BHW: Fusion 2024, a thrilling two-day event set to become an annual tradition. The storyline revolved around two separate tournaments, featuring the best wrestlers, with the ultimate prize being a BHW contract and a $10,000 cash reward for each winner.

Day 1 (Saturday, November 2, 2024) featured six matches. The first four matches comprised the initial round of the tournament, while matches five and six were the second round. Unfortunately, BHW couldn't declare a winner that night due to an unexpected ring rope malfunction in the penultimate match involving The Siev and Varik Vayne. Initially, The Siev was declared the winner by count out, but later the decision was changed to a “no contest,” allowing Varik Vayne to wrestle again in the Day 2 tournament. The Siev advanced to the final round against DJ Hall, which took place as the first match on Day 2. The first day concluded without a declared winner, and the show ended following the ring malfunction.

On Day 2 (Sunday, November 3, 2024), the action resumed with the two finalists from the previous night, The Siev and DJ Hall. DJ Hall emerged victorious, securing the BHW contract and the $10,000 prize. However, there was a twist. After DJ Hall's win, BHW immediately launched into the second tournament of the event, instead of awarding him the contract and cash prize. Similar to Day 1, a series of matches unfolded, but with a few complications leading to an unexpected triple threat match as the semifinals. Brandon Groom won the triple threat match and immediately wrestled in the final match. In the end, Austin Aerial triumphed, winning the second tournament.

The show concluded with Austin Aerial and DJ Hall facing off in the middle of the ring, with Commissioner Bobby Burns standing next to them, ready to award the prizes. Bobby, however, had a surprise in store: instead of giving each winner the full $10,000, he handed them $5,000 each because neither winner impressed him. Bobby then issued a challenge. If the winners wanted the rest of the prize money, they would have to battle each other for it at the next event (Saturday, December 21, 2024), in a winner takes all main event.
