1

The Rack

In a 14-foot square area made of pallets, the goal is to escape the area with both feet touching the ground or to submit the other competitor.

At the start, two competitors sit in the center of the ring, lock legs, and clasp hands behind each other's back. The referee ensures neither player tightens up early by holding their hands. Once both competitors confirm that they are ready, the referee blows the whistle to begin. Striking is not allowed in this challenge, and the winner is decided by winning the best 2 out of 3, 3-minute rounds.

The Pit

In a 20-foot circle outlined with tires, with a ball in the middle, the objective is to throw one's opponent out by having any part of them touch the ground outside of the tires. Another way to win is by having control of the ball when time expires. Control must be clear to the judges; otherwise, there will be a sudden death round. In sudden death, one can only win by having complete control of the ball—throwing one's opponent out will not count in a sudden death round.

Competitors start on opposite sides of the circle. The referee will be outside the circle and will blow the whistle to start. No submissions or striking are allowed. The winner is determined by winning the best 2 out of 3, 3-minute rounds.

The Skull

In a 20-foot wrestling ring, with a skull in both competitor's corners, the objective is to get past one's opponent by going through, around, over, or under them and then take their skull.

Submissions and strikes are not allowed but holds to tire the opponent are legal. Two competitors start in opposite corners of the ring. The winner is decided by winning the best 2 out of 3, 3-minute rounds.
